    • Brislington East and Southville follow closely behind, offering premium accommodations at an average price of £154.35 and £153.83, respectively.

  • Room Type Preferences:

    • Entire homes/apartments are the most popular choice among Airbnb guests, accounting for 61.16% of bookings.
    • Private rooms offer a more budget-friendly option, accounting for 36.18% of bookings.
    • Hotel rooms and shared rooms have a smaller market share, with 2.46% and 0.2%, respectively.

  • Price Variations Across Room Types:

    • Entire homes/apartments tend to be the most expensive, with an average price of £139.40 per night.
    • Private rooms offer a more affordable option, with an average price of £65.67 per night.
    • Hotel rooms and shared rooms are the most budget-friendly options, with average prices of £35.00 and £86.58, respectively.
